In Yoga we put a lot of weight on our wrists so it’s important to place your hands carefully on the floor; there’s a good way and a bad way to do this.
Try to radiate your weight into the finger tips and away from the wrists. Engage through the knuckle joints and the pads of the fingers, and you’ll notice a huge boost in stability and safety.
