Yoga Safety and Alignment – Tips for your Wrists

Continuing our short video series on alignment and safety cues, Qi founder Mark O’Brien shows you how to protect your wrists.

Try to radiate your weight into the finger tips and away from the wrists. Engage through the knuckle joints and the pads of the fingers, and you’ll notice a huge boost in stability and safety.
