This class is a friendly way for beginners to try the Pilates method and build strength in your core muscles.
Reformers (reformer pilates equipment) provide hands on guidance for posture, balance, upper/lower body alignment with an emphasis on flexibility.
Reformer Pilates combines the traditional principals and movements of mat Pilates with a Reformer machine.
Pilates practice also improves alignment and posture, and is the ideal complement to either a sedentary or active lifestyle.
This class will lead you through a flowing practice of the Primary Series and assumes some kowledge of the ashtanga sequence.
Enjoy this flowing Yoga style to detoxify muscles and organs. The dynamic series of postures develops a light, strong body and a calm mind. It is our most “gymnastic” yoga style.
As you become familiar with the sequence, the practice becomes an intense, moving meditation, building strength, balance, focus and relaxation.
We suggest beginners enrol in a beginners course or attend our other "Ashtanga Fundamentals" classes before attending these Ashtanga flow classes

Reiki is a gentle method of hands on healing technique. It involves channelling the universal life force (Reiki) through the hands and into the body. Naomi is level 3 reiki practitioner (reiki master), currently undertaking level 4 (master teacher) apprenticeship with Joan Miller and Steven Henderson.
This class may include pranayama techniques (breathing) and visualisation. It’s a guided meditation with crystal singing bowl sound healing and hands on reiki (less than 5mins depending on number of clients in the class). You may feel a flowing/tingling sensation; relaxed or fall asleep during the class. It’s a journey within - accessing the stillness, peace and love that are always residing in you.
Class duration is 60mins:
May include gentle warm-up to release tension & open up the body (supine or seated).
May include Pranayama techniques and visualisation.
Guided meditation.
Crystal singing bowl sound healing.
Hands on Reiki (less than 5mins depending on number of clients in a class).

Everyone is welcome
No experience or knowledge of breathwork is required.
If you are pregnant or have any health conditions, please check the FAQ before booking your ticket. Everybody can participate, but certain techniques have contraindications and should not be used in these situations.
Practicalities
Wear comfortable clothes. An empty stomach is recommended.
