By combining the two styles of yoga, Yin/Yang yoga improves energy and fitness while promoting relaxation and healing.

Join Naomi for a guided meditation, reiki and sound healing on the 7 major chakras!
The purpose of Chakra meditation is to gain deeper understanding of ourselves so as to heal, grow, evolve, and move forward in life. This workshop is a guided meditation on 7 major chakras, focusing on the three levels of Self: Body, Feeling, and Consciousness.
An opportunity to access deeply grounded and rooted energy within; understanding, acceptance, embracement of any repressed anger or resentment; Becoming aware of any old pattern of emotional responses sabotaging or stopping you to move forward or create changes.
Workshop includes:
- Guided meditation on 7 major chakras involving pranayama and some movement for each chakras.
- Chakra singing bowl vibrational sound on each chakra during the meditation.
- Hands on Reiki at the end of meditation (To seal your practice).
- Handpan music during savasana.
- Home made Chai tea or Herbal tea.
What to bring:
- Please wear comfortable clothing covering your shoulders and feet (socks).
- Water bottle.
- A journal to write down your immediate experiences.
- Courage and love.
