This combination practices will bring you to a completely relaxed state, while creating a sense of peace and harmony, lowering your stress levels and creating a healthy flow of energy throughout the physical body and mind.
Suitable for everybody, even those who have not practiced yoga before.
This class will lead you through a flowing practice of the Primary Series and assumes some kowledge of the ashtanga sequence.
Enjoy this flowing Yoga style to detoxify muscles and organs. The dynamic series of postures develops a light, strong body and a calm mind. It is our most “gymnastic” yoga style.
As you become familiar with the sequence, the practice becomes an intense, moving meditation, building strength, balance, focus and relaxation.
We suggest beginners enrol in a beginners course or attend our other "Ashtanga Fundamentals" classes before attending these Ashtanga flow classes

Hatha Flow provides the opportunity to warm up the sticky (tight/restricted or weaker) parts of the body, move through steady flow sequences and then into some deep nourishing floor postures, breath work and relaxation.
It will leave you feeling open, spacious, and grounded on the inside and radiant on the outside. It is not fast paced but steady and fluid, working with the seasons and supporting you.
Suitable for all levels.
A gentle, flowing style of Yoga based on the teachings of Mahatma Gandhi, which sometimes resembles Tai Chi in its elegant flowing sequences. A delight for your soul, this is a deliciously nurturing Yoga to try.
Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, it works on body, mind and spirit—improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity and rejuvenating of the whole body.

This includes a morning snack and drop offs to Manly Public school.
This will be 5 weeks to build a confident, calm and focused mind in your busy school and social life. You will build balance and inner strength for success through movement, mindfulness and mindwork.
