Whether you need to modify or break down yoga postures to accommodate injuries or weak muscles, chronic pain and stress or you wish to develop a personalised approach to spiritual or physical development then a private yoga session can help.
A private Yoga session usually last for one hour and then you can take your program home and practice it on your own. In further sessions you will be observed and corrected. Sequence changes may be offered whilst you are constantly motivated and regularly assessed to help you achieve your own goals.
