Hatha Yoga describes any form of Yoga using postures and breath. Usually means a slow/medium-paced class involving familiar Yoga postures to tone and loosen your body and quieten your mind.
All classes emphasise the importance of the breath with relaxation time at the end to leave you cleansed, calm and happy.
All our teachers have a sincere desire to keep you safe by working within your limits, and to offer you options to explore the whole system of Yoga (not just circus tricks to post on Instagram!) This includes working with breath, alignment, meditation and the mind to find pleasure and ease along with mental clarity.
In a nutshell, people often feel energised but relaxed after our classes, with a heightened sense of well-being and contentment.
