Two hours of focused attention on you – your mind, body and your goals.
Yin. Intention setting. Meditation.
We start with yin, each pose coupled with questions for you to ponder about where you want to take your life. In between each pose, there will be time to write down your thoughts, insights and intentions. This is time to consider how you’d like your life to unfold.
With a list of goals in hand, and a richer clarity around your future, we come in meditation so we may deeply embed these goals and wishes into your reality.
Strictly limited places. Please do not attend if you have any symptoms of dry cough, cold, fever etc.
Please wash hands before and after the session and BYO yoga mat.
Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to event date is possible subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is only possible if we can fill your place from a wait-list.
Meet Sherrie Laryse
Sherrie Laryse is a teacher and mentor with over 10 years studying and working in human behaviour, neuro linguistics, grief, trauma, psychosomatics, mental illness and yoga.
She has positioned herself as a leading teacher on how to process experiences (our external environment) in order to control our emotions, our health and our state of being (our internal environment). Sherrie consults internationally as well as teaching yoga and group workshops in Australia and New Zealand.
