Whether you dream of writing short stories or a novel, memoir or family history, whether it’s drama or poetry that stirs you deep, this workshop offers writing and yoga practices you can use every day to keep your creativity flowing.

About Wendy Guest:
A published author, trained in hatha yoga, yin yoga and in meditation, Wendy has a Masters of Creative Writing from the University of Sydney and a passion for exploring yoga’s potential to nurture creativity. Her master’s thesis, The Yoga of Writing, reveals surprising links between literature and yoga and examines the history of journaling, freewriting and embodied writing. Wendy began her career as a journalist and worked as a professional writer in media, public relations, politics and online education in both Australia and the United States. Her workshops harness breath and body, movement and meditation to help you reimagine your creative potential.
