Practiced to a specially-compiled music mix you can expect to grin like an idiot and sweat your prayers as we lead up to a long and blissful Savasana and Meditation to finish with a sweet stillness in your heart.
This practice is seriously fun, but not for yoga beginners. It is the most-requested repeat practice we share in our Teacher-training course, so I’m happy to share it as a separate workshop event.
Cancellation up to 2 days prior to event date is possible subject to a $5 cancellation fee.
