Opening to Wonder: Yoga workshop with Mark O’Brien

Opening to Wonder…the path to happiness

When we realize there are things that we don’t understand it makes life beautiful and exciting, full of wonders to explore, full of opportunity for new understanding and personal growth.
Wonder comes at the beginning of the spiritual journey; the journey to find real truth and solve the mystery of life.

If the thought of yet another sun salute makes you feel like “Groundhog Day” this practice will show you simple ways to awaken your enthusiasm and inspire curiosity as a core value on your spiritual path to happiness. (The Sanskrit name for Wonder is Adbhuta)

Expect Asana, Breathing practices, relaxation and a good dose of fun to leave you with fresh ideas on what “a daily yoga practice” can mean for you and why you won’t want to wait to do it again..and again!

Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to event date is possible subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is only possible if we can fill your place from a wait-list.

Please bring your own yoga mat and a towel to cover props and stay away if you have any symptoms of COVID. There is no need to wear a mask in class.

“The answer is never the answer.
What’s really interesting
is the mystery.
If you seek the mystery
instead of the answer,
You’ll always be seeking.
I’ve never seen anybody
really find the answer—
They think they have,
so they stop thinking.
But the job is to seek mystery,
evoke mystery,
Plant a garden where
strange plants grow
and mysteries bloom.
The need for mystery is greater
than the need for an answer.”
