Kirtan & Chanting with “Prasada”: One Love One Heart

Saturday 11th Dec 2021

We have so missed sharing the magic of kirtan together for so long.
You’re invited to a special celebration of the Divine by chanting the Holy names and enjoying community again.

There will also be messages and videos from many kirtan stars who have shared this practice with us over the years from Sri Prahlad, Kevin James, Dave Stringer and more.

Join us (we call ourselves Prasada meaning “sweet things” or “divine treats”) and special musical guests for an evening of blissful mantra chanting and powerful music to open your heart, find inner stillness and joy. Enjoy new chants, new faces, same inner smile!

No one needs to have a “good voice”, we are just here to serve the chant and invoke all that is mysterious and divine by chanting from our hearts.

Join our fabulous kirtan band, musicians and singers including:

Radhika Priya Devi Dasa
Divyatma Om
Alana Smith
Mark O’Brien
Gaurima Grace

Kirtan (Sanskrit mantra chanting with music) is one of the easiest and safest methods of achieving inner peace, which other methods of meditation may take years to achieve.

Kirtan is thought by many Sages to be the foremost practice in the present Kali Yuga (Material or Dark Age).Meditation doesn’t come easy for many people, but Kirtan can carry us effortlessly to a place of quiet, to stillness. Using ancient Sanskrit mantras, the kirtan calls upon sacred energies which serve to quiet the mind, remove obstacles, and bring us back to the center of our being.

There is no requirement to be able to sing at all. Simply join the energy and rhythm and see what happens!

Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to event date is possible subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is only possible if we can fill your place from a wait-list.

Please bring your own cushion to sit on.
We will be sensibly spaced and follow all COVID restrictions (QR code, vaccine certificate will be needed)
