Experience traditional Hatha yoga methods to achieve an effortless sense of balance throughout all your systems by using seasonal Asana (posture) special Pranayama (breathing practices) and some simple Meditation and lifestyle guidelines. These balance the subtle energies constantly shimmering in us (called the 5 Vayus)
My Mantra for Autumn/Winter practices is “Low, Slow, Flow”.
It is available to anyone regardless of age or ability.
I try to keep my yoga -and my teaching- simply practical and just focus on what works, not what sounds cool or spiritual. So everything I’ll share has been road-tested over many years for not very “good” yogis (like me) but offers really potent results.
