What to expect from this 5 hour training session: 

• Connecting with your crystal bowl and ideas for cleansing your bowl
• Fundamentals of learning how to play one crystal bowl
• Lots of practical experience playing your crystal bowl
• Fundamentals of learning how to play multiple crystal bowl
• Practical experience playing multiple bowls
• The many ways you can integrate crystal bowls into your life and/or business
• Experience a crystal singing bowl sound bath session to commence the day
• Experience a group collaborative sound bath experience playing on a full set of 7 Crystal Bowls
• Group sharing and closing ceremony

At the end of the workshop, you have the opportunity to leave with our own Crystal Singing Bowl and a rubber mallet to keep  learning and practicing at home.
