The Active Ageing program is for older adults over 45+ years and aims to build a variety of movement and exercise routines, health tips and practical strategies for maintaining excellent health and vitality.
6 Week Program:

Week 6 – Rest & Recovery
Anthony is a qualified Health and Wellness Coach, specialising in mobility and fitness, and completing his studies in Exercise physiology. Anthony has dedicated his career to helping people achieve optimal health and wellbeing in a holistic and empowering manner. With a background in health science and a deep understanding of the importance of physical, nutritional, and spiritual health.
This program was co-created by Anthony and Oriana Chee, the owner of Qi with 20 years background in the health and fitness industry including programs with active ageing health NSW, Gov.
