How did you start yoga? Started an Ashtanga course at Yoga Moves in Paddington with Eileen Hall

Can you sum up what Yoga gives to you in a few words? Peace, Clarity & a killer body (tee hee)

When and where did you do your first Teacher Training? Qi Yoga, amazing, comprehensive course, highly recommend

Favourite pose? Balasana – childs

Least favourite pose? Camel

If you could study with any teacher, who would it be and why? That’s a hard one as there are so many!

Best in-class blooper? Chuck the tin – tuck the chin!!!

Where would be your ultimate Yoga retreat destination? Italy ! Yoga, Pasta, Bread, Olive Oil ……

What do you love most about your job? The interaction with like minded souls. It really is such a privilege to teach, you are constantly learning and evolving with and through your students.

What have you given up to teach yoga? Corporate madness and money

What have you gained by teaching yoga? Peace, fun job that I love, less material stuff!

If you could talk to your pre-yoga self, what would you tell her?  Don’t wait until your 30, start as soon as you can, preferably teenage years

What hobbies/activities do you have outside yoga? Walking, beach and eating
