 How did you start yoga? 13 years ago pregnant with my first baby, while living in Hong Kong 

 Can you sum up what Yoga gives to you in a few words? Space, clarity, freedom 

 When and where did you do your first Teacher Training? 2015 Yoga health and Collective Mona Vale 

 Favourite pose? Dragon’s Lunge 

Least favourite pose? Square pose 

 If you could study with any teacher, who would it be and why? Elena Brower, I have studied with her once before and her grace and elegance and sweet perspective on life is just divine.. She has done the work and walks the talk. True inspiration  

 Best in-class blooper? Head stand and boob fell out 🙂

 Where would be your ultimate Yoga retreat destination? Bali 

 What do you love most about your job? Seeing people walk into my class flushed and stressed and leaving me class with a “Yoga glo face” 

 What have you given up to teach yoga? Full time PE teacher,  

 What have you gained by teaching yoga? Fresh perspectives, the only way is in. Quieten your mind and wait for the whispers to unfold.  

 What did you learn during lockdowns? Patience, (it’s hard teaching /homeschooling 3 kids) but best takeaway is “Less is more”  

 If you could talk to your pre-yoga self, what would you tell her?  Stop saying yes, there is an Art to saying no. Put your time and self care at the top of your list. 

 What hobbies/activities do you have outside yoga? Learning to Surf, walking my dog and painting in my studio
