Helena Sracek

Helena is a lover of ocean swims, living a decluttered life, being barefoot and applies a Marie Kondo approach on the art of gathering; creating space to spark joy.

When you attend a yoga class with Helena, you will leave feeling balanced, centred and your inner light shining brighter.

Her classes are carefully crafted to nurture a mind-body connection, weaving in a touch of ancient wisdom with her love of anatomy. Allowing students to deepen their sense of self-awareness, creative expression and allowing space for clarity and compassion to arise.

Receiving a 420hr certification in Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative yoga, Helena started teaching at Qi Yoga Manly in 2016. These interests have also lead her to gain additional in-depth training in Yoga Therapy with Nikola and Sunita at Adore Yoga.  All this has been complemented by her ongoing Experiential Anatomy training with Judith Laster. The resulting focus is on the healing effects of yoga when working with the individual’s needs.

If you are new to yoga or wanting to rejoin a group class setting, Helena offers private1:1 classes using her specialist yoga therapy knowledge to help prepare you.

Helena is a dedicated student and curious yoga practitioner, with yoga being part of her life since 2005.
