It's on 7.30pm veryThursday evening at Qi Manly,.
Yoga builds suppleness, strengthens the spine and develops balance. It also teaches us to experience profound happiness and contentment with life and be in tune with the elements...the parrallels with surfing are therefore endless!
You will learn:
- Specific postures to prepare your body for surfing
- Build awareness of the breath and calm your mind
- Increase energy (prana) in the body
- Increase flexibility and balance for lightness, clarity and balance.

Your teacher
Maurice is a passionate local surfer and committed yogi. Join him in a class especially geared to assist surfers to excel in the ocean and tap their inner happiness.
