Yin Yoga is a superb complement to the more “yang” style of our hatha yoga.
Yin classes involve long, luxurious holds in forward bends, hip openers and inversions. You’ll focus on your breath and will experience deep release as we work through areas of the body that habitually hold tension and stress and you will be quietening the mind. Brilliant for all yogis, beginners to advanced, after a surf or a day at work.
