Workshop simple and effective principles combining asana, pranayama and subtle-energy practices to achieve a balance and harmony through all the seasons with a practical focus on the maya koshas and the 5 major vayus showing how they can be used to help students of any level.
This session will teach you asanas, pranayama and life-style guidelines for a Winter-specific practices.

Mark O'Brien is the founder of Qi Yoga in Manly and has practiced classical Hatha Yoga for 18 years with over 10,000 teaching hours under his belt.
Whilst respecting the ancient traditions of Yoga his teaching is lively and often irreverent. With a gentle but intense vinyasa style, he pays great attention to sequencing and breath in order to prepare the body & mind to receive the profound benefits of yoga. His teachers have included TKV Desikachar and Donna Farhi.
