Suitable for most levels of Yoga experience except complete beginner.

About your teacher Mark O'Brien:
Mark is the founder of Qi Natural Therapies & Yoga and has practiced Yoga for 17 years, and been teaching Hatha Yoga since 1996. Whilst he deeply respects the ancient tradition of Yoga, Mark teaches a lively and often irreverent class, with the focus on developing practical skills that will transform the quality of your daily life. (There's no point in learning the perfect head-stand if it doesn't make your life better in some way!)
These partner yoga workshops are a regular event at Qi and eagerly awaited by those who have done them before.
