Executive Coaching

Increasingly recognised as one of the most effective ways to create dynamic, focused organistions, executive coaching gives people the freedom to use their talents, skills and experience while ensuring clear goals are in place and outcomes are achieved.

Stephanie focuses on a very practical and experiential approach to coaching.  Rather than being a teacher, adviser or content “expert”, she facilitates her client’s through an intensive and accelerated process of professional and personal development.

Relationship Counselling

Relationships are constantly re-negotiated.  Using a systematic approach, Stephanie has helped people develop beuatiful, loving relationships after having weathered storms such as affairs, separation, drug and alcohol abuse, stress of children and major disagreements.  When conflicts arise, she tries to help you both find the conversation beneath the conflict and learn new ways to communicate, listen and meet each other’s needs.

Stephanie’s career began in 1982 as a high school teacher.  She continued her studies in the early 90s and became a psychologist.  Since then Stephanie obtained graduate diplomas in couple and family therapy, parent effectiveness training and executive coaching.  Stephanie is a registered psychologist, supervisor with the Australian Psychology Registration Board and an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society.
