“What is most personal is most universal”― Carl R. Rogers

Counselling is about healing and can assist you to discover your inherent wisdom and best life choices. This process will assist you to live a deeply satisfying life that truly expresses who are you.

Life is not always simple and straightforward, at these times it can be helpful to talk to a caring professional and experience being heard. The aim of therapy is not always to assist you to solve problems, rather, it is about growth and coping with life’s challenges now and in the future.

Counselling sessions are private and confidential, providing a safe space for exploration and healing. The aim is to empower you to access you inner wisdom and experience personal growth.

Jenny can assist you with life challenges and issues such as:

  • Finding a better way to cope with life
  • Handling stress and conflict in a healthier manner
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Feeling lonely, inadequate or having difficulty ‘fitting in’
  • Relationship issues
  • Dealing with difficult family situations
  • Concern about alcohol or drug use
  • Self-esteem issues
  • Experiencing a lack of motivation or ability to concentrate
  • Grief and loss
  • Coping with crisis
  • Managing change

Jenny has helped clients of various ages change their lives in positive ways and look forward to assisting you.

If you are wondering whether counselling is right for you, or what is involved, contact me now to arrange for a free and confidential discussion on how counseling can help you.

Jenny is at Qi Manly on Wednesdays. Please call 9976 6880 to book a consultation.

Jenny is a qualified, professional and caring counsellor, psychotherapist & mindfulness practitioner. Her particular interest and experience is in the universal issues facing us today. This experience is academic, professional and also personal.

A professor in a psychotherapy lecture once said “ you can only go with someone in therapy as far as you are prepared to go on your own personal journey and face your personal shadow”. Jenny instinctively knew this was true. She now knows from experience that only when one has explored their own pain and darkness can she face the struggles and pain of another, and explore the way forward to a full life. Jenny was unprepared for how liberating and life-giving her journey was and hopes to achieve this for you.
