Annie has been helping people to thrive for many years.

She works with individuals who are experiencing recent or long-term problems or issues.  Annie offers brief, intermittent or long-term therapy.

She works with couples who are having relationship problems, helping them move from conflict to connection.

(She also offers ‘Conscious Uncoupling’ for those who want to end a relationship with respect and courtesy.)

Her clients are diverse and include people of all ages, orientations and backgrounds, many of whom are struggling to cope with life, and just want to be happy.

She works with those experiencing serious mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, co-dependency, low-self-esteem, addictions or obsessions, and those who are just plain unhappy or confused.

Annie is fully trained and registered* and comes with a lifetime of experience.

She is also a registered Supervisor.

    • BSc (Hons) in Psychology
    • BA (Hons) in Humanities
    • The Human Givens Post-Graduate Diploma 
    • Human Givens Therapeutic Practitioner (HG.Dip.P.)
    • Qualified Imago Relationship Therapy Practitioner
    • Membership of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
    • Clinical Membership of CAPA NSW (Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association of NSW)
    • Membership of the BPS (British Psychological Society)
    • Membership of the European Therapy Studies Institute.
