  • How to incorporate Mudras into your teaching
  • Somatic Movement Exercises for deep healing and balance of spine, neck, hips and breathing.

Modern scientific research has established that moving different parts of your hands activate different areas of the brain. The hands and /or fingers also have an additional direct relationship to the heart and lungs. With our modern lifestyles, overuse of computers and hand held Mobile phones, we are losing our complete range of movement in our fingers wrists and arms and upper body.

This can affect our health in many ways.

Indian philosophy has taught that how the fingers move and touch each other influences the flow of prana.
Yogis have used Mudras to channel prana for physical/metal/spiritual wellbeing for centuries
