With our modern lifestyles, overuse of computers and hand held Mobile phones, we are losing our complete range of movement in our fingers wrists and arms and upper body.
This can affect our health in many ways.
Indian philosophy has taught that how the fingers move and touch each other influences the flow of prana.

Joan Miller brings over 30 years of experience in yoga teaching and teacher training to this course . She trained widely in the US graduating from the 650 hour Phoenix-Rising yoga training and the Kripalu teacher training courses in 2000, and has assisted Donna Farhi on many of her training courses and retreats.
She brings a warm, human empathy to her teaching, a deep knowledge of the human body and psyche and is passionate about working with her students. Joan is also a qualified Pilates teacher and Reiki Master and has taught for 12 years on the Qi teacher training program.
Joan takes yoga back to its authentic roots, using the traditional practices of Hatha Yoga to help her students develop spiritual and physical awareness. Certified by over five nationally and internationally recognised bodies, member of Australia’s peak body for Yoga, Yoga Australia and Accredited Journey Therapist, Joan is a highly qualified, compassionate and inspiring Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and Reiki Master.
