Transitioning to Menopause with Grace and Dignity

Learn how to deal with Hot Flushes, mood swings, moisture loss, libido, disrupted sleep and emotional melt-downs.
This workshop combines helpful discussion with hands-on practice.

During this workshop we will share experiences, learn and discuss different methods that can help with the symptoms of PeriMenopause and Menopause. We’ll learn how yoga poses help deal with heat and changes to our hormones, how dealing with stress and integrating a healthy diet and lifestyle is critical to the ageing process… oh and we’ll include a delicious guided relaxation at the end of the day. 


Women should attend this workshop if you experience:

  • peri menopause
  • menopause
  • post menopause


Given the practical exercises being shared, this will be limited to a small, safe group of maximum 20 attendees.


Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to event date is possible subject to a $5 cancellation fee.  Less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is only possible if we can fill your place from a wait-list.


Meet your Facilitator:

Mary-Louise Parkinson is a Counsellor and yoga teacher with more than 25 years experience.  At 62, Mary-Louise has navigated the stages and symptoms of menopause herself using Yoga and natural therapies. She hopes to share her knowledge with other like-minded women.
