Reclaim the Sacred: Yoga with sacred breath, mantra and more with Emma Waters

This 3 hour session is comprised of 5 parts:
Sacred Body –  Welcome Circle & Yoga Asana (Yang to Yin) 70 mins
Sacred Breath – Gentle Pranayama practices to calm and clear the mind in preparation for reflection (20 mins)
Sacred Silence – Guided meditation to connect with your inner guide in order to access deep wisdom that can become covered over in the busyness of daily life (20 minutes)
Sacred Sadhana – Guided reflection and journaling on 2018. Discussion of Sadhana – Sadh meaning to reclaim the Divine within us as well as “practice”. If something needs reclaiming it has been lost or covered – we will reflect on this in relation to our own lives and what it might mean to reclaim sacredness & develop the spiritual flame of the heart. (40 min)
Sacred Medicine – Yoga Nidra and Intention setting (Sankalpa) to move into 2019 with greater clarity. Healing Vedic Mantra and Harmonium Sound Bath. (30 min)

Emma Waters has a personal yoga practice spanning 20 years. She is passionate about supporting women to slow their pace, connect inward and listen to the wisdom that can be lost amongst the hectic pace of modern living. She is a Yoga Teacher and Trainer (at Krishna Village in Northern NSW), Sacred Circle facilitator, Educator of 15 years as well as coach and surfer – having grown up on Sydney’s Northern Beaches she now resides in the Byron Shire.
Her love of Vedic Mantra and Harmonium continues to deepen and develop as she shares this sacred practice and witnesses its deep power and healing. Yogic Philoshophy underpins all of her teaching as well as the more active practices of yoga in order to reclaim the sacredness of Yoga in all its fullness.
