Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to event date is possible subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is only possible if we can fill your place from a wait-list.


Jenny is a qualified, professional and caring counsellor, psychotherapist & mindfulness practitioner. Her particular interest and experience is in the universal issues facing us today. This experience is academic, professional and also personal.

A professor in a psychotherapy lecture once said “ you can only go with someone in therapy as far as you are prepared to go on your own personal journey and face your personal shadow”. Jenny instinctively knew this was true. She now knows from experience that only when one has explored their own pain and darkness can she face the struggles and pain of another, and explore the way forward to a full life. Jenny was unprepared for how liberating and life-giving her journey was and hopes to achieve this for you.
