Mindfulness for Mothers: simple tools for busy mums

Motherhood needs us to ride the waves of change amidst many demands on you and your time.

Motherhood  is beautiful and rewarding, but it’s also hard work.

This workshops is aimed particularly at mothers of infants and toddlers.
You will have the opportunity to:

  • experience mindfulness as a tool to manage the challenges of motherhood
  • explore self-care and support
  • experience the life enhancing benefits of connecting to the present moment
  • still the busyness and chapter of the mind
  • realise the benefits of connection


Your workshop leader Jenny is a qualified, professional and caring counsellor, psychotherapist & mindfulness practitioner. Her particular interest and experience is in the universal issues facing us today. This experience is academic, professional and also personal. 
Jenny Walter is also a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a special interest in Mindfulness. She has untaken specialized training in MBCT with Zindel Segal PhD, one of the co- developers of MBCT, in Toronto Canada. MBCT uses Mindfulness and Cogntive therapy to help people face life and it’s challenges.
