What if I can’t concentrate for very long?

Even though each class is 2 hours long, the actual meditation techniques you will learn range from 22 minutes duration down to only 5 seconds long!

You don’t need to already be able to concentrate, to switch off your mind, to know what meditation is or even be able to sit still – all of that is what this course is for!

So whatever your current attention span, there will be a number of techniques which suit you.

All you need is a desire to learn and a willingness to turn up and give meditation a go.
