Your week is part spiritual odyssey, part adventure, part holiday and serious fun!
Find Divine Balance and inner Grace in a blissful week of Yoga, relaxation and wonder.

Our retreat theme is DIVINE BALANCE. We will create this with simple, profoundly effective breathing (pranayama) and yoga postures and easy meditation available to anyone, all set in the tranquil and mystical beauty of Bali. Pure Bliss…

Let this playful retreat inspire you to find new horizons in your yoga and towards living a fulfilling life with beauty and passion off the mat.

After leading retreats in Bali for over 10 years we can recommend many interesting and creative experiences for new or old Bali-visitors alike. Fun is encouraged as part of a balanced yoga week!

Meet Your Teachers:

Mark is the founder of Qi Health & Yoga and has practiced Yoga for 25 years with well over 10,000 teaching hours under his belt. He holds Senior/Level 3 membership of YogaAustralia. This is his 10th retreat in Bali so he knows and loves the local culture and people.

You’ll find his teaching lively and often irreverent whilst respecting the ancient traditions of Yoga. With a gentle but intense Vinyasa style, he pays great attention to sequencing and breath in order to prepare the body & mind to receive the profound benefits of yoga.
Mark uses self-inquiry (swadhyaya) to inspire your curiosity to explore how to be truly happy through an organic, playful, grounded and mindful approach using all the tools of yoga, not just postures.
He focuses on developing practical skills that will transform the quality of your daily life. (There’s no point in learning the perfect head-stand if it doesn’t make your life happier in some way!)

Phoebe Collins
Phoebe fell in love with yoga in 2004 and has always had a love of discovering more about the body, mind and spirit. She went on to graduate her Diploma of Yoga Teacher Training at The Yoga Institute, Sydney and has never looked back.

Phoebe continued her study with Mysan Sidbo in Yin Teacher Training and has now embarked on her Level 2 Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teacher Training at The Yoga Institute.
When Phoebe isn’t deepening her knowledge and love for all things yoga, you will find her outdoors in the sun, sand or surf soaking up the beautiful energy on the Northern Beaches, immersing herself in her art, drawing mandalas or choosing what to study next!

Bali is the perfect backdrop to experience the magic of yoga. If you want to recalibrate or deepen your practice there’s no better way. Mark is so generous with his knowledge and gentle in his practice. we’ve learned a lot about ourselves and yoga and our practice – and still had a holiday!
This lapsed yogi goes home inspired and rested and eager!

Claire (Bali retreat 2015)

You’ve provided a treasure chest of tips & inspiration. Your humour & practical approach to yoga is refreshing and insightful.
Thanks for your words of wisdom, finesse with structure and the small nuances that make all the difference.

Joan & Rohan (Bali 2017)

A sense of slowing down. I would recommend it for the balance that having two teachers gives you and how they explain the same thing slightly differently so it can be understood by more people in  a diverse group.
