Creating Space: Yin Yoga Workshop with Sarah Taylor

Over 2 hours and 15 minutes we’ll delve deep into a full body practice to create space in the body, mind and heart. With long held and sometimes strong poses to work beyond the muscles and physical tissues, this workshop is suitable for new and experienced yin yogis.

Expect to work deep into major muscles and the joints of the hips and the shoulders, taking you into a meditative state with the breath to develop space in the mind and nourish the heart. Closing with a Yoga Nidra and deep relaxation you’ll leave feeling rested, restored and slightly taller.


Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to event date is possible subject to a $5 cancellation fee.
Less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is only possible if we can fill your place from a wait-list.


Sarah first fell in love with yoga whilst living in London, experimenting with different disciplines until focusing on Hatha yoga.

Over the past 20 years Sarah’s practice has helped her to manage stress in the corporate world, navigate periods of anxiety and depression, and learn how to live with more compassion and acceptance. Her passion as a teacher lies in integrating the breathe into every movement to guide her students to a deeper connection with their body, mind and hearts. She is a Yoga Australia Certified teacher with over 500 hours of Hatha and Yin yoga training.
