Bhakti is Yoga in action, the fusion of body, intellect, heart and soul.
These weekly Friday evening events involve Kirtan, periodic Asana practice and discussions on the 5000 year old yoga text the Bhagavad-Gita. The discussions are practical in that they centre around key concerns of helping participants discover their inner spiritual strength and satisfaction, as well as how to live a life of peace, love and devotion, while maintaining responsibilities within a materialistic society.
