Karen O'Neill has an Advanced Diploma in Classical Herbal Medicine, trained by internationally renowned Herbalist Dorothy Hall. Using iridology as a key diagnostic tool and in close consultation with her clients, Karen is able to prescribe specific herbal medicines in conjunction with nutritional advice so that you can enjoy individual and specialised treatment.

Karen is also an experienced Massage Therapist including remedial, trigger point therapy, positional & myofascial release, reflexology, sports, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, therapeutic and pregnancy massage. Karen qualified at Nature Care College in 2002 and continued to further her education, including The Lester Cox technique, which is corrective adjustment of muscles, tendons, ligaments and cartilage to achieve relief of musculoskeletal conditions.  Enhancing results of chiropractic, osteopathy and physiotherapy. 

She has also trained in Craniosacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute. Cranio-sacral therapy may help a wide range of conditions including pain and dysfunction, headaches, digestive and sinus problems and may bring resolution to emotional imbalances. Cranio-sacral therapy is a gentle non-invasive therapy gentle for all including babies, children and the elderly.

Karen combines her massage with reiki, reflexology, colour and charka therapy, balancing the meridians – the energy channels which relate directly to the organs of the body and rejuvenating the life force centres which may help bring resolution to emotional imbalances.
